Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 CND.
Shipping rates range between $12-$20 based on the product and your location.
You will be able to see shipping rates on the last page of the checkout process.
All our products are made to order. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to ship.
Returns
Most of our items are eligible for our 14-day refund policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping. If you need to return an item, please contact us at info@madamegallerie.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
